Welcome to Numi ("App", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Numi mobile application and related services. By using our App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You must be at least 18 years old to register. Parents or legal guardians may use the App to record data for their own children under 16 years old.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.

The App and its AI assistant provide informational and educational guidance only. They are not a substitute for medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical or developmental concerns.

All content, trademarks, and design elements are owned by NumiCare UG or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes.

Your data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NumiCare UG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected (§ 309 BGB).

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version will always be available in the App or on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Berlin, Germany.
